Registration Fees
*Students: A copy of your student identity card must be provided during registration
**Midwifes: A letter confirming your status as a midwife signed by the Head of Unit or Institute must be provided during registration
*** according to the World Bank list as at November 2011
- General registration fee includes:
- Admission to the scientific sessions unless otherwise stated
- Congress documents, including badge and final programme
- Access to the commercial exhibition and posters
- Welcome reception on 9 July 2012 at the Congress Venue
- Coffee breaks
- Free city transportation pass if staying at a hotel in Geneva for the duration of the stay
- Accompanying person registration fee includes:
- Access to the commercial exhibition
- Welcome reception on 9 July 2012 at the Congress Venue
- 1 Geneva Pass
- Free city transportation pass if staying at a hotel in Geneva for the duration of the stay
- Pre-Course registration fee includes:
- Admission to the selected Pre-Course, unless otherwise stated
- Coffee breaks and lunch on the day of the Pre-Course
Group Registrations
Small group reservations for less than 10 participants can be done through the online registration system whereas large group reservations for more than 10 participants will be handled by MCI Suisse S.A. with separate contracts. Please contact MCI Suisse S.A. at
