Payment, Cancellation, Modification and refund Policy

All cancellations and/or modifications must be sent to MCI Suisse S.A. in writing (fax, letter, or email).

Registration

Full payment is requested when registering (by credit card or by bank transfer).

All cancellations and changes to your original registration must be sent to MCI Suisse S.A. in writing (fax, letter, or e-mail). For cancellations received until Wednesday, 23 May 2012, midnight CET; fees will be refunded minus a deduction of CHF 100.00 for administrative costs. After this date, no refund will be possible.

A handling fee of CHF 75.00 per registration will be charged for every registration modification received after Wednesday, 6 June 2012.

Social programme

For cancellations received until Wednesday, 9 May 2012, midnight CET; fees will be refunded minus a deduction of CHF 50.00 for administrative costs. After this date, no refund will be possible.

Hotels

For cancellations received until Wednesday, 9 May 2012, midnight CET; deposits will be refunded minus a deduction of CHF 100.00 for administrative costs. After this date, no refund will be possible.

In case of late cancellations (after Wednesday, 9 May 2012, midnight CET), rooms cancelled, cancelled nights or no-show, we reserve the right to charge cost of the full stay if the hotel room cannot be re-sold.

A handling fee of CHF 75.00 per hotel room will be charged for every hotel modification received after Wednesday, 9 May 2012, midnight CET.
